Secondary Typeface

Gotham Narrow is our secondary typeface. Its neutral tone and high legibility allows it to be extremely versatile. Because it’s easy to read at a variety of weights, it works great for subheads and body copy, and pairs beautifully with Domaine Display Bold. A variety of weights are at your disposal, from Light to Black, but use sparingly and with intention.

Recommendations

Use “all caps” for headlines and sub-heads. Title-case is also acceptable. Track out headlines and sub-heads to at least 50.
When pairing fonts within a type family, contrast is key. If setting body copy with the “Book” weight, make sure the header (or any emphasized text) is set two weight levels heavier with “Bold.”
Don’t use more than three weights in a composition.
Don’t overshadow the primary typeface.
