Photo Grid

There are a few different ways we display multiple images; the most basic technique is the photo grid. By assigning a set height to one or more rows, you can establish a loose framework to place images of any orientation to create an interesting visual vignette. To emphasize the grid, the images are separated by white lines (in this case 5 points wide). To get the most out of this technique, incorporate a variety of photo types (close-ups, environments, etc.) and colors.

TIP:
Break up the grid and add visual interest by including an occasional accent color. This duotone effect can easily be applied by using the transparency blend Multiply over a block of color.
